    Interview Summary
    Konstancija Bidvienė, born on February 13, 1912 in Šaltiniai, Lithuania, describes her family's move to Kaušėnai, Lithuania; anti-Jewish stories told by local townspeople; the mass shooting of local Jews; an incident in which several Jewish women were baptized and then murdered; the participation of her brother in the mass murder of the Jewish community; other local collaborators who participated in the mass murder of the Jewish community; and the execution of her brother by Soviet soldiers after the war for his participation in the murder of the Jewish community.

    This is a witness interview of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum's Perpetrators, Collaborators, and Witnesses: The Jeff and Toby Herr Testimony Initiative, a multi-year project to record the testimonies of non-Jewish witnesses to the Holocaust.
