    Samuel Golombek, born on May 7, 1914 in Ciechanow, Poland, discusses living in Warsaw then moving back to Ciechanow on September 1, 1939; being deported to Nowe Miasto Ghetto; doing forced labor; being deported to Auschwitz concentration camp November where he was from 1942 to 1945; working on sewage Kommando; details of both Auschwitz and Birkenau camps; going through selections; marching to Mauthausen in January 1945; going to Melk; being forced to dig tunnels; being deported to Ebensee concentration camp; liberation by Americans at Ebensee; traveling to Italy via Austria with help from the Jewish Brigade; working for Americans in Italy; and immigrating to the United States in 1950.
