    Ruth Loewy-Frankfurter, born on March 8, 1908 in Daruvar, Croatia, discusses living with her husband in Backsa Palantia in 1941; the Hungarian occupation; death of her husband and children; imprisonment in the same jail as Hannah Senesh; transport to Ravensbrück concentration camp in November 1944; dismantling of camp in March 1945; her father serving as rabbi in Vinkovci before being deported to Jasenovac concentration camp in October 1941; and the fates of her brothers.
