    Herbert Oser, born on September 7, 1910 in Königsberg, East Prussia, discusses moving to Mazuen [PH], East Prussia in 1913 or 1914, then Rultzinof (Ruyzen?); his education; antisemitism; Bar Kochba; organizations Jews were not allowed to join; anti-Jewish laws, losing his job in 1937; aid and warnings from non-Jews; emigrating from Wertzen to Philadelphia in 1938; and the deaths of his family, probably in Riga.
